Attendee statuses and terms
Read the status like a short story: can this ticket enter, was it used, or does it need review?
Active means the ticket is ready for the door. Used means it already entered once. Refunded, canceled, or voided means the ticket should not open the gate. Under review means payment or order details need one more check before anyone makes a final decision.
When a status surprises you, do not rely on a screenshot. Open the secure ticket page from your email, compare the event and date, and then ask the organizer or Eve support with the order number so they can follow the real order flow.
