Buying tickets and checkout flow
The buyer journey from event page, to payment, to the ticket email.
The flow starts on the public event page: read the date, venue, organizer, ticket type, price, and availability. After you choose tickets, checkout collects buyer details and confirms the final price before payment.
When payment settles, Eve creates issued tickets and sends a secure link to the buyer email. If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then use Find tickets to resend the link rather than asking chat to reveal the QR.
