What happens at the door, why the scanner may reject a ticket, and what to do next.
At the door, the staff scans the QR from your ticket email or secure ticket page. Eve checks three things quickly: this is the right event, the ticket is still valid, and it has not already been used.
If the scanner says used, refunded, canceled, or wrong event, pause before buying again. Ask the door team to check the order with the organizer using your buyer email or order number, because the dashboard can explain what happened.
